There’s ample scientific evidence that being outdoors helps us think more creatively - and it’s nothing new. From 8th-century Japanese poets to ancient Greeks and English Romantics, nature has long been seen as a source of divine inspiration.

Science and history aside it’s obvious that stepping out of the workplace is the best way to tackle the challenges created in the workplace. Sticking Post-it notes on a wall has its merits, but walking and talking will always take you further.
