We helped e-com wizards Eclipse find their mojo after a period of rapid expansion had left them detached from their purpose and struggling to find their voice. Through a series of workshops with teams in the UK and Poland we were able to uncover the personality and the truths that made Eclipse tick. This allowed us to create a new brand narrative and galvanise the entire team behind a new set of values which they’d helped uncover. Armed with a renewed sense of purpose and some fresh sales tools Eclipse promptly won two major new accounts.
